Private RV pad with 30 or 50 amp hookup, bring up to a 40' RV or travel trailer. Includes pump out of grey / black water tank hookup into a masticating pump system. Wifi available. Kayaks included at own risk. Large side yard for a pet run if needed. Hose hookups. Close to absolutely everything - off of Gladiolus near Lakes Regional Park, Castle Golf, Sanibel & Fort Myers beaches, Barbara B. Mann theater, both Spring training baseball fields (Red Sox & Twins), area restaurants and so much more. Kayak through the beautiful mangroves - we also have 3 dog life jackets for small to medium sized dogs. Walk to Lakes regional park with it's water spout kids areas, playgrounds, walking trails, a Wednesday morning farmers market and so much more. Nestled amongst palm trees on a private road. Mango & advocado trees, Lime & Lemon trees. Old Florida Gulf Access high end home community - very quiet location if tired of the loud RV parks.
