Nestled in a tropical setting, the expansive floor plan with it's glass walls in the main living area combine the beauty of a tropical waterfront location with the comfort of the open relaxed living space. The home features a very large lanai with 2 dining tables for 10 people and a lovely seating area outside the master bedroom.

While the house has a very open floor plan, it affords privacy for all, comfortably sleeping 8. If one group chooses to watch a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room, another group can converse or read on the other side of the home or on the spacious lanai.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features a king bed, TV and a HUGE master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master. One features a king bed with a TV and sliding glass doors for a private entrance to the lanai. This bedroom is just adjacent to a walk in shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and an attached third bathroom. There is also the opportunity to sleep 2 people on the queen sleeper in the family room.

This was constructed with the ADA in mind and is handicap accessible.

The wide canal will accommodate large boats and is only 5 minutes to the Calusahatchee River which connects you to the Gulf of Mexico . The exterior landscape features diverse plantings such as turkey figs and citrus. Additional privacy and boat maneuverability is created by being located at intersecting canals.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation: linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Rates are based on 4 Guests. Additional guests: $ 35 per night per guest. Failure to disclose correct guest number will result in $40 per night per guest above 4.

Quiet street, beautiful and clean property, easy access to wonderful restaurants and walking paths. The layout of the house was great-each side was private and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved the way the house was decorated! Very “Florida”! The pool was perfect, with warm water and lots of float toys. The covered lanai with outside tv was where we spent a great deal of time in the afternoon/evening. SO comfortable! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and checked in by text to be sure we had everything we needed. We had fishing poles for the canals behind the house, plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, grilling supplies; I could go on and on! Check in and check out was easy. I highly recommend spending your vacation here. For the two of us-it was very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for to spend our 26th anniversary ! I look forward to spending more time here as often as possible. Great way to recharge!

We loved this home! There wasn’t a single thing the kitchen didn’t have that we needed to whip up our meals. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, a quick walk to the dog park and overall convenient to everything! The pool area was lovely for afternoon floating, dining and just spending time outside with a good book and a cold drink. Communication with host Sue was quick and very friendly. We highly recommend this property.

The house is as pictured, nice and great space. Kitchen is well equipped and many towels available in bathes. Dock was nice and easy to use for our 32' boat. Bikes and beach chairs were also great assets. AC worked great and everything in house functioned as it should. Would stay again.

Relaxing winter vacation

Excellent property, well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bicycles and kayaks made for some great ways to exercise. Home was exactly as described. Maintenance was not needed but the maintenance guy showed up the first day to follow up on an action item from the cleaners. He was very accommodating and I’m sure had we had an issue he would have responded quickly. We enjoyed having drinks under the palapa on the dock. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. The house is very open and airy. It was great on warm days to open all the doors for a complete indoor/outdoor experience. Location is very convenient to shopping with a Publix and a Walmart within 8-10 minutes. Numerous restaurant choices are only 10 minutes away. All in all, a great place to hang out for a month…or two!

Fabulous house in lovely

This house has everything you need and more. Lovely comfortable furnishings and lots of little extras you don’t always get in rental properties. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. The pool area is great as is the view of the canal. We loved sitting at the waters edge under the little tiki hut. In a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, great location.

Home was very comfortable and true to the listing photos. Enjoyed the proximity to Rotary Park and Westin complex. Found pickleball courts not too far away. Enjoyed coffee on the dock...a couple More stools would be nice. Pool was warm but we did find the cover awkward due to the pool shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

PERFECT SURPRISE

I have nothing to give other then praises except traffic is horrendous! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. The house has everything one could need. Location is exceptional! The living quarters impeccable! The pool was a bonus. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

Annual Family Vacation

We spent 2 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everybody. Bedrooms were roomy and with three bedrooms and three baths, everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have a lot of towels as well as beach towels for everyone. Location was close to everything we wanted to see. The house was very clean and it was nice to have cleaning supplies to use during the two weeks. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!
