The air conditioning in the room was so loud we had to have it turned off. Not ideal Also had to ask for housekeeping on the 3rd day as this was not done, Very disappointed we were never asked if we were satisfied after the problem with the air con. On a plus your general manager on the weekend was brilliant and provided excellent customer service
