Too loud with Tiki bar nearby. Couldn’t hear TV or sleep. Elevator broken and we were placed on top floor despite requiring lowest floor because of our age and our traveling with our dog. View was of a condemned building. Paid $50 per night for our dog and still were placed in the older building. The newer building and pool were much better and our son and his wife enjoyed staying there though it was still loud, it was further away from the Tiki bar

We had a lovely stay at the lighthouse, the room we had was very spacious with a kitchen if eating in was preferred. The rooms were immaculate and we had plenty of towels in our room and could get more if we wanted. The Tiki was right there playing excellent music but you could could also eat here as well. The location was excellent and we could walk everywhere. The beach was beautiful too! Thank you for a nice stay!

They put handicap person on third floor with no elevator. Parking that said for guests was being filled up by patrons to the tiki bar at night time. Room was above the tiki hut that had loud music til 12/1am. When the add says tranquil retreat And no hot water to the third floor. Staff upon checkin said she could not move us. Nor could they move us on day 2 Awful. Prisoner once I got up there. If I stayed out all day. I came back exhausted to loud music beneath me

The room was much older than the pictures advertised looked. The caulking around the bathroom was moldy, the room had a stale smell and felt moist, the paint was peeling off of the lamps on the nightstand, and the fabrics in the room were stained. Most notably we did not have a comforter just a sheet. There was also music blaring until 11:30pm from the tiki bar that had our room shaking from the base. Definitely more of a spring break vibe.

We were in the newly completed section, which was very nicely done. The room was a one room suite, which for 2 nights allowed us a little more room. The best feature is that it's right in Time Square, park your car and you can walk to everything.

The room is not what expected. It’s neglected, the windows are all rusty, the flooring is broken and unsticking. The walls have marks and the toilet paper are barely holding on to the wall. We are on the third floor without elevator (we received a message after the reservation was made but it was too late) also we are above a outdoor tiki bar so loud music and drunk people in the stairs at night.. not cool with kids. The person at the lobby told us is was written on your website but No. Really a ln below ordinary place to stay I wouldn’t recommend
