This comfortable, three-bedroom home (one side of a large duplex) is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Fort Qu'Appelle.

Enjoy cooking in a full equipped kitchen with a large island. Relax in one of two spacious living rooms with sofas and easy chairs. Enjoy a quiet night in one of three bedrooms, each equipped with either a double or queen bed. Use one of two full baths.

House is a five-minute walk from a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, convenience store, and Dairy Queen. A pleasant ten minute stroll will have you at Fort Qu'Appelle Beach at the east end of Echo Lake where you can enjoy a sunset difficult to match anywhere in the world.

Hike up the old highway to the top of the valley, kayak through the winding creek to Mission lake, cycle along the old Fort San and circle around above the valley. Those are just three ideas of many!
