Clean and Well-maintained, but better choices

Clean, comfortable rooms. Location overall was very good as well. However, Laquinta as a corporate came way short of expectations for the "little things" that make for a great experience. No smart TVs, our wi-fi was not accessible on the 4th floor. The soap size in the bathrooms is a joke, barely larger than a quarter. Shampoo and conditioner in tiny bottles, unfit for a family. (They should mount on the walls like Fairfield). If you need a clean place to stay, with comfortable beds, this was nice. But the other things distracted from what could have been. . .

Hotel was nice and very clean. Breakfast was good but the main entree (eggs and meat) needs to be changed out for something else like different kind of eggs etc. Waffles are good every day. But, for those staying several nights, the same breakfast every morning got old.

Horrible Customer Service and rude staff

The front desk staff were very rude. When they found out we had a dog they refused to let us check in until exactly 4:00 check in time. The breakfast and coffee were terrible and when checking out the same front desk staff was there and she was extremely rude. Her name is Jennifer and I hope no one has to deal with her. I have always used Hampton Inns and this was an exception. I will never go to another LaQuinta Inn after this experience. I wish I could talk to someone in La Quinta's management. My husband and I travel quite alot and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel in many years.

Terrible brekfast

There are no fruits in breakfast. There are no egg whites or potatoes in breakfast. Same breakfast for 3 days. Juice from vending machine is so watery. Not many options for breads. No cup cakes or muffins. Two reminders for staff to provide body lotion and was never given.

Great place, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Only issues I have are accessibility. There is one way in and out on one side of the road. If you are traveling the opposite direction, you have to go up the road, u-turn and then come back down the road so you can access the entrance. There is no back or side entrance to the parking lot

Great location to the beach, dining, and shopping. The room was great. After the first night towels were taken during cleaning and only enough for one person was replaced. Luckily I brought my on towels. The breakfast selection was 3 items sausage, eggs, waffles. Not a good selection.
