Extremely pleased with this property! It was clean, and everything was very nice and in working order. It had all the pots / pans / dishes / utensils that we needed! The washer / dryer was also a plus! You absolutely cannot beat the complimentary beach chairs / umbrella service that came along with this rental (50 per day if you had to pay out of pocket to rent), and we loved being able to walk right out onto the beach! The balcony view was nice! We also loved the fact that the property was gated and required a code to enter. Can’t say enough good things about Island Echos 3E! Highly recommend - thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommended room

The cleanest condo we ever stayed in, big shower, great view of beach from bedroom, we never heard traffic or people walking down hallway, never had to wait on an elevator, plenty of room on the beach. The only negative thing was no ceiling fans. 10 out of 10

Fall break stay

Listing was accurate. The place was clean. Check in and check out was easy. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The entire property was clean. We had a couple issues with the gate code and the door code that were resolved quickly. There was a smell at the entrance near the closet that I believe was a dead mouse, but that can happen anywhere. We would recommend this condo.

Not as advertised

I feel obligated to let others know about the condition of this condo. It needs a major overhaul. A fresh coat of paint or a magic eraser would do wonders. There are stains everywhere - the walls, the floors, the furniture, as well as the throw pillows. The carpet is terrible. You will not want to put bare feet on the floor. Aside from the condition of the condo, the cleanliness was an even bigger let down. The sheets on the master bed were clearly not changed. This was evident when the imprint of a body and food crumbs were seen once you pulled the blanket back. There was water and sand on the dining room table. It had not even been wiped down from the previous tenants. One of the tubs had not been cleaned. The list goes on, but you get the picture. For the price we paid, you would expect better.

Was kinda disappointed in this unit. Patio table had ashes and crumbs, shower curtain had mold on it and the floors needs to be deep cleaned. Needed pot holders and cookie sheet in kitchen. The elevators were not operable for 3 hours on Sunday. Property Management company was responsive.

Building and location are exactly what we wanted. The unit is ok but needs work. Carpet needs replacement, tile floors need a deep clean, and unit has a funky wet dog smell, king mattress was terrible. Thank goodness weather was perfect during our stay

Great place

The location of this property is amazing. And if we had any trouble we we contacted almost immediately about the problem. The people are very nice and the views are amazing. The only thing wrong is it just needs more kitchen space, it was very crapped, but besides that this trip was amazing for me and my friends

Let's start with the cons: Well when we arrived we had to call office bc remotes were missing. Cleaning did a poor job there was debry all in guest bedroom in carpet. When we got dishes down for dinner they had food caked on them and had to wash all dishes before we used them. The ac unit is extremely loud. Zero water pressure in shower tub combo. Water barley got hot in the stand alone shower. The king bed definitely needs to be replaced the mattress sank when you go in. I am a very petite person and I was in a hole when I slept. You can also see on the celling from the doors being open and the Gulf moisture there is discoloration/mildew . If ya plan on going for more than few days pack toilet paper each bathroom only gets one roll. The only positive I have to say is the balcony and view. It was also great having two chairs n umbrella on beach. Also the pool area kept up very nice. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone untill it's updated.

Just what the doctor ordered!

This was the most refreshing weekend ever. We arrived at the property and were fortunate enough to get an early check in. The location of the property is perfect because it allows you quick access to food, entertainment and the beach. The staff on property was very warm, friendly and attentive. I will surely book this location again.

Can't Beat The View Of The Sunsets

My wife and two boys (17 and 19) stayed here. It was perfect. You're at the pool in 60 seconds or on the beach in 90. The pool is not huge, but it gets the job done. The white-sand beach is huge. Everything about the unit screams family of 4 or 5. The beds are great, and there's a sofa bed (which we didn't need to use). The furniture is very nice. The kitchen has all of the comforts of home. And there's plenty of room to move around. The balcony is the best. The beach is roughly 30 feet away. And the 3rd floor is the perfect level to experience it. There are four chairs and a table out there. I could sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves all day. On top of that, you have an uninhibited view of the sunset every night. You're a 15-minute drive to Destin and a 30-minute drive to Navarre Beach or Miramar Beach. There are activities (like putt-putt, etc) as close a 5-minutes away. We couldn't ask for anything more (ok, maybe a hot tub by the pool), but that's really about it. The staff is great, very accommodating, and responsive. We loved it.

Review of condo 3E

There were only a couple of issues with our condo. The pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. Unable to get good sleep with the bedroom with the two twin beds due to air conditioning very loud. The TV in the bedroom with the two twin beds did not work though we did notify of this issues and was offered for maintenance to look at it but we had two other TVs therefore we did not need another TV. Overall our stay was good and management kept in good contact with us and able to answer all of the questions that we had during our stay.
