The Space:

Welcome to paradise at this brand-new luxury condo, blu unit 406. This four-bed, three-bath unit accommodates nine people comfortably and is perfect for your next beach getaway. The unit features an open floor plan, creating a nice flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living area. The kitchen features a wrap-around layout with plenty of storage. It's also enhanced with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a perfect meal if you'd like. The dining area features a table that seats eight people, along with four bar stools at the breakfast bar next to the kitchen. The living area features a flat-screen television, and a DVD player, perfect for movie nights after long days in the sun and sand. Step out onto the covered gulf-side balcony to experience ultimate relaxation, while the sights and sounds of the waves wash your worries away. If you are an early riser, the balcony provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Kick your feet up and unwind in the evenings with your loved ones, as there is plenty of seating for the whole family. In the Master bedroom, enjoy a comfortable king-size bed, a large flat-screen television, and DVD player, immediate access to the oversized balcony, as well as a spacious ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom features a double vanity with gorgeous quartz countertops, a lavish garden tub, and a capacious walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full-size bunk bed, and the other bedroom features a queen-size sofa sleeper. Each room features a large flat-screen television. The other two full bathrooms each offer a single vanity with a large walk-in shower.



Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

It was a great place to stay the only draw back is there are only 2 parking places per condo per HOA rules. No extra parking for multiple family vehicles.

The property has a great location. The bunk bed situation is not good. The top bunk was very weak. There were 4 (four) adult forks! The entry code didn’t work at check in.

Very close to the beach

We loved the pool and proximity the beach! The pools were huge and one had a Long Beach entry that was perfect for toddlers. The condo was wonderful, clean, and perfectly sized for 3 small families. We really enjoyed the large dining table and the large balcony. The only draw backs were the linens smelled bad and the furniture had sharp metal corners.

Beautiful property with poor management

The actual condo is beautiful. Furnishings are high end and well done. Check in: started with incorrect code so we couldn’t get in. They did get back to us pretty quickly with new code. We were told before check in the dishwasher was broken and they would have it fixed. Told us it was fixed on Tuesday but that wasn’t true. I questioned whether it was repaired due to the out of order sign still being on there and they assured me it was. I then got a call on Friday the repair man was coming to fix the dishwasher. No dishwasher all week. Next we were informed to stop using the shower in the guest room because it was leaking into the condo below us. So no bathroom the rest of the week. When I questioned them on the dishwasher, I got zero response. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Wonderful property, if things are working. We have been going to the beach for a very long time and never experienced such poor management.

Wonderful views!

This unit was perfect for our stay at Fort Walton. Exceptionally large balcony with plenty of seating to observe the beautiful views. It’s a great resort and location. The private beach is wonderful and the pools are clean, spacious and easy to access.

Wonderful Condo

This place was so beautiful and convenient close to everything and right on the beach. Very clean and peaceful. Equipped with everything you need to cook. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The only complaint is that the master bedroom sheets had an odd smell I would suggest using fabric softener or different detergent they did not smell clean. and there was no sponge to wash dishes. That’s the only thing other than that we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were great and the pool was fun. We were disappointed with the lack of board games and fun things to utilize within the unit. It was pretty much just the furniture and some silverware in the unit. The beach was lined with third party companies supplying beach chairs that were somewhat of an eye sore. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
