Another beautiful stay

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had cause to be back in the area. We were thrilled we could stay in the same unit. Pool is awesome, property is lovely. Close to everything you need, want & desire. Beaches are just the best!

The condo was beautiful and the view was even better. The room was clean and felt homey. I love that everything felt secure. The only tiny issue was the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Other than that I highly recommend.

I was initially discouraged by the location and its aged appearance but ended up being won over by several comfortable features - it was really perfect for just one person who needed a comfortable place to lay their head. Anniversary get away

The room was clean and check in was simple. However, amenities listed were not included. There was no dish soap but we were expected to wash dishes before we checked out. There were limited dishes, no sharp knives, no toaster, no blow dryer (not listed in amenities but are typically included even in hotels).The television and internet often did not work even when router was rebooted.

What A Surprise!!!!

Knowing that 'most' VRBO's are presented in the best possible light (well of course they would!) we were more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of this small studio! The exterior of the building is demur while the actual studio was very classy. A relaxing combination of updated electronics with Florida beach decor. Plenty of room for a couple and maybe a child or two (small size) and perfectly located with an Olive Garden and Red Lobter within walking distance (if you like them.) What was the real treat, for us, was the large pool outside the lanai! Getting up and taking a swim, big enough to lap in, then shower and coffee and off to the fantastic beaches offered in the area, made the trip for us! The quality of water along the Emerald Coast has to be seen to be believed! Manatees, Barracuda, Dolphins, sharks, and an abundance of fish make this a place to put on your calendar to come. And be sure to stay here. Access to all is a right turn or a left one...

The only problem I had was the pool was closed by the health department with a notice on the gate . Wish I would of known ahead of time before inviting friends over to hang out!! It is 20 minutes from Destin beach (with no traffic). There’s a lot to do in this area; a lot of restaurants and bakeries. Very quiet, great views. It’s a first floor, which is very convenient, and close to the parking lot. The communication and recommendations from Corey and Ron were excellent. I recommended Mary Esther studio 100%. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!
