Late night check in was the only hiccup that we had on Wednesday night. The girl at the front desk seemed a little snobby and didn’t really want us to book through Expedia and wanted us to book through the hotel. $365(hotel price) vs. $220(expedia price) per night. Made us feel a little out of place for doing some price research. The obvious choice was made and then after booking through Expedia, she said, “ok well I can’t guarantee that the room you chose will be available”. Well It was available and it seemed more of her having a power trip because we didn’t spend the extra unnecessary $300 to book through the hotel. The rest of the staff was great! Front desk day shift staff was excellent. The Thursday morning shift girl was awesome for helping bandage up some 3rd degree sun blisters, as well as the Friday (daytime) manager. 4 stars for staff only because the Thursday and Friday ladies made up for our check in night.

Loved how close we were to the beach on the gulf of America and both pools were great, especially the one with the swim up GROTTO BAR. We didn’t like that you had to pay to rent beach chairs and umbrellas each day for the beach. It was always included at every resort we stayed at. The rooms at the beach house building we stayed at were very small for 4 people.

Probably shouldn't book some many weddkng parties same weekend. It was SO LOUD in hallways and rooms next to ours. This went on well in tk 3am all weekend. Was so hard to get good rest. Thats why we came down was relaxing and rest. Id say this resort is more a young couples paradise. Not for a married couple that just turned 49.

This is clearly and older property, but very well maintained. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Lots of stuff to do in and around the resort. Dining options in the resort are limited but the food is decent though not special. Nearby Boardwalk restaurants are convenient but not particularly good. Finding good restaurants requires some kind of transportation. Location on the beach can't be beat and the resort is very family-friendly.

The entire property is so well organized and clean, every detail is 100% well designed. There's just a little bit of security missing because people can enter private Guess areas like pools without having the Guess bracelet.

The property is very nice. Right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. You couldn't hear the noise from the outside, but you coild hear some noise from the room next to yours. The area is not very walkable, bit that's not the hotel's issue. Beautiful location.

Wonderful beach - White sands and clear water!!

Loved the ocean view from our room but the room was a bit of tight squeeze even for just the two of us. Pools were refreshing but the grotto pool was almost too cold to enjoy so it made the heated pool crowded at times. Was surprised they didn’t have poolside wait staff for drinks but the bartenders were great…especially Stephanie and Laura. The swim up Grotto needs an actual swim up area that doesn’t require going thru the waterfall. Also, was surprised that everything shuts down by 10p each night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beach is super clean and relaxing. Enjoyed live music at the beach bar every night.
