Room was new and clean, the bathroom was not the toliet had not been cleaned in a while and there was no water pressure, someone did not tighten down the shower fixtures so when you tried to turn the shower on the water faucet pulled up.
I locked my self out of the room and went to get another key the man wanted to charge me 5 $ for a room key even thoigh he only gave me one key orginally
Very sparse. No microwave. No coffee pot. No towels. No hot water. No wifi. No cable. It was pretty much a room with a bed - which in all honesty was better than having nothing.
The site was extremely unsafe for both my child and me. The photos are misleadingâthere isn't a lobby, just a check-in window is like a drive-through. We waited in the rain to be checked in. The room smelled of smoke and was in very poor, unsanitary condition. We quickly left and found a better hotel. I didn't request a refund due to the unsafe conditions. I do not recommend this place.
There were many discrepancies from the description on the app to when we arrived at the hotel it was in shambles under complete renovation. They had crews on both sides of our room that worked from morning until evening 7:00 p.m. the final straw was when my wife and I had notified the manager that we had a hotels.com gift card and he basically refused service because of that and we had set there for hours trying to work out something in exchange and instead were turned away in the end and this is on.
