No breakfast was included at this hotel. It had a restaurant but I did not eat there. Eating simple as I was alone. Right across the street was a botanical garden that i didn’t expect and it was really the highlight of my stay. Beautiful architecture in every direction. I think Parking garage should be free at a Hilton but it’s not unless your group covers it.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The furniture and decor was a bit dated but it was kept clean with plenty of fresh linens brought in every day.

The rooms are very worn out. Fraying carpet, wall markings, and sagging furniture. Despite being aged, it didn’t feel dirty. There just has not been any recent investment in this property. The gym was small but functional.

Traffic noise from cars and motorcycles at night made it difficult to sleep; adjoining room had noisy people--need insulation between the room doors. Some wallpaper beginning to pull away in the hallway; caulk around tub needed to be redone. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Bed was uncomfortable , dust about 5 inches thick on tv stand n microwave stand ,dirty drawers couldn’t store away clothes , moved rooms and same thing oh and no smart tvs couldn’t hook up my Roku and u must pay for breakfast no problem I included it in room package and still was questioned before being served , just was disappointed

Once we got there, I had to wash our cups with the body wash I brought with. I cleaned the coffee pot in the room. Our toilet bowl wasn’t clean. My husband said that the dry pee on the toilet rim was not from him. There were multiple different types of hair strands on the walls of the shower and tub. Our toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. You had to push it back in the wall each time. There was nothing covering the light bulb above the toilet/shower area. My husband said that was a safety issue. Only one of the plug in stations in the room worked. Outside our room in the hall, the ceiling tile is pushed up, and it is gross. Online, breakfast was supposed to be included, which is a must for my husband, it was not. Later I found snacks on the floor behind the chair from someone before us. Once we are in a room, we don't like having anyone come in to clean. We just treated the bathroom like a public bathroom at a restaurant or gas station. Although it was out of the hotel’s control, there were cars with loud mufflers racing up and down the street most of the night.

Time for to update Hotel

The place needs remodeled, the bed was good, nice to have Starbucks within hotel and attached parking. Convenient location. in downtown Ft Wayne. I would stay again, I was there just for the night.
