Hot tub was Exactly what I needed!
We had a rough day finding a hotel.
Baymont we originally booked, because it was on the way home, was filthy! There was little hairs on the bed in the first room and bugs and “other filth” in the second room they gave us.
We booked Hilton Garden and headed over, 17 minutes in the direction we had just came from. It was the wrong Hilton Garden.
Left to take another 18 minute drive to the Hilton Garden that I actually booked. Even farther from where we are going tomorrow.
Please, oh please, work with Expedia to differentiate hotels on their site.
I will also let Expedia know this is a problem.
I am extremely grateful for the wonderful gentleman at the desk tonight. He was very welcoming, kind to listen to my drama, & quick to register me so we could get on with our night. He deserves a raise! 🙂
