Everything was amazing. The people we so friendly. No issues The only issues i had with it were the pool was closed. I understand it happens just didn't gint out till i got there it was down. And the only other thing i had issues with is the breakfast was nasty.... the scramble eggs were by far the worst i have ever had. They weren't cooked all the way were still runny and we just plane disgusting. Was very disappointed payed extra for a disgusting breakfast. Was not happy about it at all

We arrived at the property and the gentleman at check in was good. Got up to the room and it smelled like raw sewage. We were leaving for a bit so we figured when we arrived back it would be gone. Got back to the room and it still smelled, tried to call the front desk and kept getting a busy signal so we went to bed. woke up this morning and tried to connect to WiFi and wouldn’t work kept saying invalid room number, we then we tried to make coffee and there were no cups or reg coffee pods, so we decided to just go out and get coffee. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. As we were leaving we stopped at the front desk and explained the issues and lady simply stated “sorry about that” I will not be returning to this property.

We chose this property because of its proximity to the Coliseum for an event we were attending. Beware, it is not walkable, despite how close it is. No sidewalks and heavy traffic on a major thoroughfare. The shower is super narrow for anyone who might be claustrophobic or a little on the heavy side. But otherwise nice property.

We stayed here because we needed the convenience of grabbing breakfast on our way out to early tournaments. It’s Mother’s Day and they aren’t having an early breakfast. We were offered $25 Mother’s Day brunch that starts at 10. We need to leave by 7. And the pool was closed for maintenance

Needs an Update!

This hotel needs an upgrade desperately! Pkease get rid of the stained nasty carpeting in the rooms. Also the carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor is buckled and is an extreme tripping hazard. The staff is excellent! Haley was very helpful and knowledgeable. .

I had to get our room key changed 4 times before they consistently worked Our room was on the 4th floor, directly in front of the elevator and in hallway the carpet was loose and waffled. Wanted a romantic weekend away so drove 90 minutes away Site listed pool and hot tub Very misleading as pool and hot tub area closed for over a month Check the fine print as didn’t catch that they list full breakfast no different than a comfort suites Eggs Bacon Waffle maker Juice / coffee Pastries You have to pay $13 for breakfast They list an onsite bar and restaurant but if no one to work forget that idea too They need to update their page as it’s very misleading Travelers with children looking to let kids splash in pool. No advisable here then Very very disappointed If you stay on 5th floor like we did you have to go to floor 4 or 6 to get ice $110 a night for all the disappointment for two nights Won’t stay there again
