We were told since we were not in a group we could not be served until 8:00. We had drinks and then tried to be seated. We were then told that they were too busy to take care of anyone not in the group. We had too much to drive-accordingly we didn’t get dinner that tight!

Behind our door hadn’t been vacuumed- for ages. Lumps of dust - not seen if door was open but closed it drew the eye - what is that on the carpet? Apart from the above all was good

The hotel is lovely and staff are helpful. The food was not so great at all. I ordered a chicken curry and it was 100% out a jar and the garlic bread was cooked from frozen and very hard. I did not have breakfast but it would be nice of the hotel had some home cooked food. The drinks were extremely over priced! The rooms were lovely and clean and parking was great too - the views were great!

Hotel in real need of some upgrades. Not enough staff to cover a 'full' hotel. Woken up numerous times in the middle of the night by a fire alarm going off, with three different explanations from staff as to what the problem was.

This is a difficult hotel to review. My room was very small and felt very old, dated and cheap. However, the staff were great and the dinning options within the hotel were really good. I ate some food in the bar/lobby area at night and it was great and the breakfast included with my stay the next morning was fantastic.

If you have sensitivity to mold and mildew I would not recommend staying here. The room was soooo hot, no AC, and the window didn’t have a screen so we couldn’t leave it open without a ton of bugs in the room. Beautiful loch view though.

The hotel is a cool little stop in Ft William, Close to town. Good food, nice staff. The hotel is a little dated but that is part of it's charm. View of the Loch is amazing so i would recommend this hotel if you travel to Ft William.

Ok for an overnight stay

Booked a loch view, was given top floor. Room was awful, stank of mould, however, on speaking to reception they immediately moved us to the second floor. Lovely clean room, loch view with walk in shower. Much better. Hotel does need remodernising though, noticed its starting to look tired compared to last year.
