Air Conditioning filters and A/C unit was filthy. I cleaned them in the bathtub in order to remove dirt/grime and eliminate the stale air smell in the room. I appeared that the carpeting in our room had not been cleaned recently, maybe ever. It had an odor to it that reminded me of skunk. The bed felt lumpy and I had difficulty sleeping. This property required that all sundry/snack purchases be paid for in cash...inconvenient for those of us who carry little to no cash and no receipt was offered at the time of purchase. Staffing was adequate but not very attentive or friendly. Although we have stayed at Comfort on may occasions while traveling, this property without doubt was the least appealing and maintained.

Run down hotel not well maintained

This hotel has seen better days. It is very rundown a lot of cosmetics just not repaired Paint, stapled on wallpaper, and many other things. In the room door to lock on door was completely broken had to put items in front of door felt a little unsafe. The exercise room all equipment was not working. It seemed as if they had it just for show. There was a broken down car on cement blocks in the parking lot. Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was the same three items and i was there 4 day and i left early was scheduled for 5. I would not recommend.

Stayed there for a full week, was disappointed. At check-in customer was complaining about water smell. Day one notice that there is a wet smell, breakfast was good. Came back that evening with no water. Day 2 24 hours with no water - did receive a refund for that day. With no help from management due to we booked third-party. Day three and four - water was restored, but very limited Day five and six - refilling the shampoo and conditioner bottle seem to be a difficult task. Checked out with no problems, except that the elevator was not working for 24 hours as well. Disappointed due to the fact, the lake is five minute walk easy access on and off the freeway. One last thing, the parking lot that the facility has no control over, but people with trailers would block 4 to 5 parking spots, where a family with children have to walk farther due to these trucks with trailers.

Let me start off with the good. The front staff were very friendly and responsive. You get what you pay for. The price being on the lower end, it smelled like weed everywhere you went, the water was cutoff 2x during my stay. The room walls are very thin, one very slow elevator and the key cards repeatedly would get wiped requiring new keys. The AC worked fairly well and the beds were plenty comfortable. There were days my room didn’t get serviced despite not having the do not disturb card posted.

Second time, not like the first

The first room had leaky tub faucet that contiually drippped. The second room, which was upgraded & had a kitchen. The room was much roomier, but half of the lights & plugs didn't work. Also there wasn't much got water for showering. Since we were only there to sleep, we didn't say anything until we were checking out. The front desk asked what all we had plugged in...just a curling iron. They said a breaker must have tripped. Also when leaving, we saw a bug trying to crawl in our room & there was a foul odor in the hallway that was present before. We had stayed in this particular hotel two years ago with no issues, so this stay was disappointing.
