I brought my son and family for Easter. There was an employee who was very rude/ argumentative and it was in front of my child when I was trying to ask about fees associated with parking because I was given mid-information. The hotel is nice, but that started my Easter weekend off horribly.

I love downtown Ft Worth. The only complaint is the expensive parking. You are already spending $200 a night to stay then they are charging $69 plus tax just to park your car. Thats crazy to me. Next time I will make sure and check parking prices with Hotels before I book.

Our was ok. Lobby is very nice and pretty. Rooms were decent. Very clean with a very large, comfy bed. The toilet was a big problem though. The toilet takes a while just to flush down and it over fills the bowl during the process. Even spilled over on the floor a couple times.

Our stay was great & the staff was wonderful. The only hiccup occurred while I was unloading our luggage. With parking almost impossible to find we had no choice but to use valet parking. With the tailgate down on our truck I leaned on it to get the last of my luggage when the valet driver suddenly took off! It was a bit of a jolt to say the least! Praise the Lord he didn’t back up or he would have ran me over! The only damage done was to my large Yeti cup and a little to my cane. In hotels defense guests were backed up checking in and the hotel was extremely busy. My wife and several people on the sidewalk were yelling for the driver to stop but it all happened too fast. The driver kept apologizing but I told him it was okay. I guess news travels fast upon checking in the manager was kind and comped us the first night! We just give God all the glory it could have turned out much worse! John K.

My first time in Texas. I loved the history of JFK staying there. It’s a beautiful building within walking distance of several nice restaurants. My only complaint would be parking or the lack of. You have to use valet.

The valet parking price was not listed anywhere and I was in shock when it totaled over $70 for overnight parking. That is ridiculous. That was half of the room price. I definitely won’t be back over that and we travel to downtown Fort Worth over night monthly. That price is double the hotel three blocks away.
