The beds were smaller than expected and not queen size. The service during the night shift was very poor. My children felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to the behavior of the night staff.

The staff was very friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself needs attention. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and quite loud and squeaky, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room that we couldn’t identify.

One our arrival we asked for a crib or playpen for our 8 month old we were advised in the whole hotel they only have 2 playpen to accommodate a family with an infant crazy for a hotel that size. We stay in room 311 and the next morning there was a roach crawling in the bathroom. Property is outdated and needs better cleaning room have a nasty smell. Will not be staying here again.
