Havent had the breakfast and people were outside the parkinglot smoking pot. They followed us and tried to get us let them inside the hotel. Which made me and my spouse very uncomfortable.

1. Room does not get cleaned unless you ask for it in advance. 2. Coffee packets in the room are undrinkable. Had to go to the lobby for “fresh” coffee 3. Very limited selections of tv channels, had to spend 40 minutes in the phone with the velocity (service provider) people to finally they said nothing could be done. 4. Hotel looks torn down in several areas. 5. Reasonable price but not happy overall.

STAY AWAY!!

The original room we were put in (110 accessible) was dirty upon entering. Dirty towels all over the place, garbage everywhere, dirty linen on beds, wires hanging from the lamps and A/C. I told the woman at the front desk who was extremely rude. She informed me there was nothing she could do, and that would be the room I had for the night. I told her just to send someone to clean it and we would wait, she said she was the only one there and wasn't going to be doing it. I told her to give me the linen, and I would just do it, and she told me that she wasn't doing that either. She said that was the only accessible room she had, but I explained she would need to refund my money for the stay, clean that one, or find another accessible room, as my father cannot walk. She was then able to find one on the 2nd floor (210 accessible). She openly mocked me multiple times at the front desk and at the elevators. Besides the check in issues and unclean conditions there was also a man dealing drugs openly.

You get what you pay for

Even though the eggs and sausage was made fresh, breakfast lacked some keys nutrition like fruit. Options were pretty basic but fresh so not too bad. The room was okay. I observed that the bathtub still had hair in it from the previous person and the bed had a noticeable dip in it on the left side. However, for the price you get what you get.

Most of the staff was not friendly and 3 times they said they were going do something but didn’t. My room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days. I asked why and they said I should’ve been told it was ‘upon request’. I did request it but the front desk didn’t pass the message on. One morning, there was no coffee made and the attendant was sleeping at one of the tables. The pool was not being maintained and was light green.

It’s not a new La Quinta

Breakfast was ok, they have a waffle machine, hot food was limited to sausage links and scrambled (liquid) eggs. Would have been nice to have shredded cheese available, some hard boiled eggs, etc. The property overall is VERY old and not well kept. The staff seemed like they were tired and/or high.

I awoke my second night at the hotel to someone entering my room, but the safety latch kept them from entering. They had a key card to unlock the door. Ten minutes later they were doing it again and banging on the door. Both times I pushed the door closed and engaged the lock. I called the front desk to alert them someone was trying to enter my room. They asked if I was room _ _ _ and I said yes. The hotel's computer system had me listed as a no-show because I arrived the first night after midnight, even though I had notified them in advance I would be arriving after midnight. Their system had the room listed as available. It was difficult to fall back asleep after this. When I arrived the first night, the clerk at the front desk asked me not to prop any exterior doors open if I had to retrieve anything from my car. He said the doors being left open at night had caused problems. So I thought someone was trying to break into my room in the middle of the night when they rented my room to another guest. Also my key card did not let me back into the room the next morning when I returned from breakfast in the lobby. The hotel still had not fixed the issue that I was in fact registered and staying in the room. The hotel is in bad shape. I would not stay there again.
