Fiz a reserva de sexta, 10, a domingo 12, em um quarto com cama de casal. Cheguei pouco depois de meia noite da sexta pro sábado e me colocaram em um quarto com minha esposa com duas camas de solteiro. Imediatamente fiz a reclamação, mas a recepção informou que minha reserva não garantia a cama de casal, mesmo eu mostrando que minha reserva havia sido feita para cama de casal e que não teria outro quarto. Informou, inclusive, que no dia posterior, sábado, o problema seria resolvido com a troca da cama. Contudo, permaneceu da mesma forma. Não havíamos como sair para procurar outro hotel em plena madrugada, então ficamos. O constrangimento foi imenso. Minha esposa ficou extremamente chateada e, para completar, no sábado também não foi resolvido o problema.

Apesar da estrutura antiga do quarto, era aconchegante. Luminárias e cama maravilhosas e Amenites do Boticário. As roupas de cama não eram em algodão puro. Chuveiro e ducha higiênica funcionando bem. Café da manhã excelente, academia com o básico mas q supria as necessidades. No geral boa hospedagem!
