Hotel para somente se passar uma noite e sair no dia seguinte. O quarto que fiquei parecia um bunker, já que não havia janelas externas, somente duas bem pequenas que ficavam mais próximas ao teto, ambas com saída para o corredor do hotel. Já o banheiro não possuía janela alguma, somente havendo um pequeno exaustor para os odores. A iluminação artificial era péssima, de modo que o quarto era meio escuro. Também havia forte cheiro de mofo, o que desencadeou a minha rinite. Os quartos não possuem telefone, o que dificulta para o recebimento de pedidos no Ifood e a comunicação com a recepção, que é a do Hotel Villa Mayor, localizado ao lado do Villa Smart. A única coisa mais razoável da estadia foi o café da manhã, no qual havia boas opções, como tapioca, ovos fritos na hora, frango desfiado, cuscuz, frutas e pães. A localização foi o outro único ponto positivo da estadia, ficando o hotel a uma quadra da orla, com diversas opções de bares, restaurantes, bancos, farmácias e supermercados. Apesar do preço barato, foi uma economia que me arrependi de ter feito. Preferiria ter ficado num hotel um pouco melhor, ainda que mais caro.

Ótima localização

Foi uma viagem muito rápida, para cumprir compromissos então praticamente só dormimos no hotel. Não deu pra ver muito, mas fomos bem atendidas, O segurança que estava a frente foi bem gentil e educado conosco, o check in e check out são feitos na entrada do hotel ao lado mas foi super rápido, o q pra mim foi muito importante. Fica bem perto da orla/avenida bera mar, tbm tem mercadinho e farmácia perto.

Ótima localização, a duas quadras da praia na altura da Feirinha da Beira-Mar. O espaço onde ficam as comidas do café da manhã é apertado, as pessoas ficam se esbarrando. O café da manhã é simples, com produtos de qualidade inferior. Nos colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, apenas com basculantes sem cortinas. Durante a madrugada, sempre que alguém passava no corredor (e isso aconteceu pelo menos duas vezes) as luzes se acendiam e a luz e o som entravam no quarto. No dia seguinte, pedimos para trocar e nos colocaram em um quarto maior com janelas pela mesma tarifa. Achei ruim quartos com características bem diferentes terem a mesma tarifa. Você reserva e acaba tendo que ter sorte de ficar no quarto com janelas. O quarto sem janela, aliás, nem deveria existir. Nos dois quartos o chuveiro era fraco e as toalhas fornecidas eram horríveis. Finas e ásperas. Os funcionários que nos atenderam na recepção e no café da manhã foram sempre prestativos e simpáticos.

A recepção é ótima, eles são de fácil acesso e disponibilidade de diálogo, eles tentam resolver as questões de horário de checkin e checkout sem dificuldades. A localização é ótima. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Não voltaria

Apesar de ser bem localizado, não voltaria. O isolamento acústico é horrível, ouve-se o corredor e as portas dos quartos batendo. A cama de casal são, na verdade, duas de solteiro juntas. Meu quarto não tinha janela e a toalha de banho é mais fina do que papel higiênico. O estacionamento é 22 reais a diária em um terreno baldio, sem porteiro, você precisa pedir ao recepcionista para alguém abrir a porta. Não tem segurança, pois o Villa Smart é um prédio anexo ao Villa Mayor. O conceito é a pão-durice mesmo. Porque eles tentaram economizar pra fazer algo que seria bacana, mas ficou bem pobrinho.

Hotel com excelente localização, café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pouca variedade. Quarto amplo e em boas condições. Porém, água fraquíssima no banheiro, tanto na torneira, quanto na ducha, vaso sanitário e principalmente chuveiro.
