Hotel com instalações novas, modernas. Quarto grande, limpo e bem estruturado. Ducha excelente. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Atendimento da equipe também excelente. Fica anexo a um shopping, e o estacionamento é pago a parte (R$20,00 a diária na data da minha estadia). Porém, com muitas vagas e todas cobertas. Em outra oportunidade em Fortaleza, com certeza verei a possibilidade de me hospedar aqui novamente. Gostei muito!

Atendimento interrompido.

No checkin estavamos sendo atendidos por uma pessoa a qual foi interrompida por um outro funcionário chamado PAULO, o qual a designou para fazer outro atendimento no bar do hotel, nos deixando sem atendimento. Depois de 15 minutos a moça retornou para contínuar com nosso atendimento. Isso foi de uma extrema falta de respeito conosco.
