Custo-beneficio ok.

O custo-beneficio até que compensa. Mas alguns itens deixam muito a desejar: ar condicionado extremamente barulhento; guardaroupas velhos e com cheiro forye de mofo; fogão elétrico em local desconfortável e perigoso para uso. Fora isso o flat é espaçoso, sofá e cama confortáveis, tv a cabo e internet ok e localização muito boa. Janelas em posição privilegiada para a brisa(mais para ventania).
