As a hotel that accomodate foreigners/ tourists from abroad, the staff should be able to speak " ENGLiSH" the international language. At least basic english.

The staff ways went out of their way to please. The restaurant ceiling could use some repairs but the food was always excellent. The linens could be replaced and wash cloths could be supplied. But overall this was a great experience.

Overpriced for the World Cup

This is a great location or the beach but there isn't a lot to do in Fortaleza. As with many hotels in Brazil, the room need updating and modernization.

Hotel mau cuidado, piscina muito feia e pequena, água da ducha era fria, café da manhã embora variado muitos itens sem qualidade e capricho no preparado com gosto muitas vezes não tá gostoso. Higiene do hotel é limpeza diária boa. Muita bagunça por hóspedes após as 22:00 que estavam participando de um campeonato na praia. Recepção boa, cartão de entrada no quarto desprograma direto necessitando voltar a recepção para Nova programação se não a porta do quarto não abre. Caro para que oferece
