L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione nel pieno centro di Vittoria Apuana a soli 300 metri dal mare e a 5 minuti di bicicletta dal pontile di Forte dei Marmi. A pochi passi troviamo negozi di ogni genere, bar, gelaterie, un supermercato la farmacia l'ufficio postale e la chiesa. L'appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato e dispone di lavatrice, lavastoviglie ,TV a schermo piatto, connessione WiFi gratuita.
