We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. location was absolutely amazing. The view from our room was superb and truly made the experience special. We also received outstanding customer service from the front desk—Mandy was especially helpful, professional, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to returning.

Rooms are clean and internet is fine. Shuttle bus to fair is ok also. Breakfast is basically same every morning. Staff are good Will probably not stay here when going to the fair. Too far and takes almost 2 hrs plus each way. My issue was bus was missing in action. Had to wait another 45 mins so got back to hotel at 830pm maybe a bit later. Cleaning staff were good. Front desk were ok . New guy checked me in. Needs more training when it comes to foreigners.
