Falta de suporte no banheiro e quarto.

O café da manhã ótimo, atendimento na recepção também, o hotel deixou desejar no serviço de quarto e por suporte no quarto tipo, gaurda roupa ou suporte que pudéssemos guardar roupas, no banheiro também não tinha suporte para o papel higiênico.

Hotel velho, que precisa de uma remodelada, porém os quartos são grandes e bem espaçosos, o café da manhã tinha as opções normais e convencionais de hotelaria, não senti que tenha faltado alguma coisa, os travesseiros são milimétricos, 3 não dá um, toalhas de banho estão bem surradas o banheiro é chuveiro elétrico porém sai água com abundância e chuveiro foi muito bom, tem portaria 24h, o estacionamento não é dos mais seguros, abertura do portão manual, não tem ninguém para lhe auxiliar, pelo preço pago e pela entrega estava justo, pois foi bem barato. Ficaria muito melhor com todos os quartos com 2 camas casal, pois são enormes e travesseiros e roupa de banho novas. Recepção agradável e solícita. Rua tranquila e bem localizada, um pouco escura mas de fácil acesso a tudo que o centro oferece.

O quarto de hotel estava sujo, com cabelos e sujeira no canto da parede. As cobertas e toalhas estavam com cheiro de usadas. O quarto, em quatro dias de estadia, não foi limpo. O café da manhã é simples, não tenho do que reclamar.

Bom para passar a noite

Fui com minha família no feriado de Páscoa e as acomodações estavam com preço muito elevado. Considerando o valor que pagamos, não acredito que vale o investimento. Mas se quiser um lugar apenas para passar a noite e tomar banho, é uma opção. Fomos bem atendidos, mas o local precisa de melhorias na estrutura e manutenção. Além disso, foi nítida a diferença do café da manhã nos dias que ainda não estava com hotel cheio e depois que chegaram mais hóspedes. Nos primeiros dias tinha comida com aparência de antiga e textura de guardada. Nos dias cheios, tudo era mais fresco e preparado no dia. Toalhas eram novas e limpas, mas a roupa de cama tinha aspecto mais velho.
