Flemings for fantastic, friendly, and fabulous

The room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had all the amenities/facilities that I needed. I could not have asked for me - except perhaps a TV channel in English.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, the mall and lots of dining options. Room was very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. The room I had though was facing another building so I did not have a view and it was a little dark, I also stayed during the weekend so on the Saturday night it was very loud due to the bar downstairs - hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Other than that had a great stay!

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in in my life. I understand that European tourism is more conservative but this hotel is lacking in all areas aside from location. There are other hotels to stay at. The rooms are extremely depression, they don’t cater to tourists, there is no water in the room, nothing on the walls and it resembles a prison cell. Overpriced for what it is and staff are extremely unfriendly

We stayed here a few years and the place and staff was amazing. We scheduled transportation from the airport and no one was there to pick us up. Eventually, I found out what happened and the hotel never gave the company our information or number to get in touch with us. Then our rooms had no phones but we were told that the phones would be worked on and then I was told again that the hotel is not going to have phones anymore. The AC was not working in our rooms. Overall the experience and talking to the staff was not good. They told me to write the office to complain. I honestly think it’s ridiculous to not have phones in the room so that you can call if you need anything you have to go to the reception desk they give you one bottle of water for two people. I was highly disappointed. Love the location the rooms are dated but very big. This hotel has a lot of potential maybe under the wrong management right now not sure take the rugs out the rooms so they would look levitated in the lot cleaner and make sure the rooms have phones so that if someone needs something they do not have to walk down to the reception desk.

The Fleming Hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. One thing to be aware of is that parking at the hotel is limited and you are unable to reserve in advance. We were directed to a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel that charged $40 per night. This would have good to know in advance and would have influenced our hotel selection.
