Close to airport. Pillows were the worst, and only one pillow per person was provided. Bed was uncomfortable and we barely slept. Staff was dismissive when we mentioned this issue. A different experience than a week earlier.

Clean hotel, very nice breakfast options, close to airport. This was the second time staying at this hotel and it it has worked out really well for my family for both stays. Love the breakfast options, rooms are in great condition on arrival. All was good!

Take the one stop with the S-Bahn from the airport and stay there vs. paying the premium. Great hotel, modern lobby, excellent value. Food breakfast/dinner are very solid as well

I liked how modern and well maintained the property is. I also liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. However, the area around the property needs some attention. I also wish the room was a little more bigger. It would also be nice to have an airport shuttle, as this is marketed as an airport hotel.

I know mattress firmness is a personal preference, but this one was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. Also, one of the blankets had stains. Luckily, it was inside the duvet cover near the foot area, so we were still able to use it, but it was disappointing.
