Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Die Betten sind schon echt alt und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung. Das Bad war auch in keinem guten Zustand. Allerdings war das Frühstück absolut grandios besser als in den meisten 5 Sterne Hotels. Die Auswahl und Qualität war wirklich herausragend! Trotzdem war es insgesamt für 1 Nacht absolut in Ordnung und der Preis war wirklich günstig.

In unserem Zimmer war leider kein gutes Licht. Es war dreckig (totte insekten auf dem Boden) und im Badezimmer lief überall Wasser aus. Das telefon funktionierte nicht und auch der Kühlschrank ging nicht. Nachdem wir es der rezeption mitgeteilt hatten, wurde uns erklärt, dass wir ein Zimmer gebucht hatten, das noch nicht renorviert war. Dies war aber niergends zu sehen bei der Buchung. Ausserdem wurde eine Kaution in höhe von 250fr erhoben. Ob wie diesen Betrag wieder zurückerstattet bekomme wissen wir noch nicht. Das einzig gute was das Frühstück. Man hatte eine grosse Auswahl und es war sehr schön angerichtet.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, bei Fragen und Problemen direkt zur Stelle und äußerst hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut gewesen. Parken war auch außerhalb problemlos und kostenlos möglich. Super Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer über die gesamte Stadt. Zimmer sind nicht mehr die Neuesten, aber alles sauber
