AC was broken in the first room, we were then moved to another room after a few phone calls and the staff trying to fix it, in the next room AC was great but unfortunately the door lock was broken, The staff are very friendly, helpful, Damir is wonderful, he is very thorough, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!! The night I was leaving though, someone by the name Mario was helping me and I found him to be very rude - he basically said ‘I printed your invoice, what more do you want when I was trying to confirm when my deposit will be refunded. Area is not central - seems ok but I wasn’t feeling very comfortable walking alone in the evening, hence made sure I’m back before dark. The hotel is a few steps away by subway. For dining, the food in the hotel was the best bet quality wise - not much around that area.
