terrible weekend break

Terrible hotel in probably the worst part of Frankfurt. Drunks, beggars and filth everywhere. The room was too small. We had to ask for milk and tea and kettle and yet this should be standard! On our second day we asked for milk and the milk was out of date. Left the tea- with curdled milk in the room hoping room service will see this and report, but no, came back to the room in the evening and the tea still there! They had not even bothered to throw it away. Its noisy and doors banging in the morning. Room service constantly knocking on the door when we have said no to them as we wanted to rest at least and at one point just opened the door! Staff were nice, there was only one rude staff who was on duty Saturday morning when we asked for the milk! No wonder she gave us stale milk. Other staff were extremely nice, shame about the hotel they are working at. On checking out, they charged us items we had not even used! and the bottle of water which is the only thing we had from the complimentary bar was 2 euro 80 cents! Would not recommend and thank God I have no plans to go back there again!

Marathonwochenende

Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Bahnhof und auch zur Messe Frankfurt ist die Lage des Hotels für alle Marathonis sehr geeignet. Nette, saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Rauhallista

Kiva siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Huone oli hiljainen koska naapurit olivat hiljaisia. Äänieristys kuitenkin olematon. Hyvä aamiainen ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen.

ne mérite pas forcément 3 étoiles!

je n'ai pas passé beaucoup de temps mais en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je trouve que le café à l'heure actuelle avec toutes les possibilités qui existent ne devraient plus être préparé à l'ancienne, soit à l'avance dans des thermos, etc. Cela n'a rien à voir avec un bon café.

Für Kurzaufenthalt, kleine Einzel Zimmer

Lage des Hotels ist Gut, nur das angrenzende Gebiet, Drogen, ist zu meiden. Nahe am Hauptbahnhof und Messe zu Fuss. Zum shlafen ruhig, da 3-Fach isolierte Fenster.

Hyvä sijainti...

Lyhyellä kaupunkilomalla hotellin sijainti tärkeää ja tästä hotellista oli erittäin helppo mennä lentokenttäjunalle, lyhyt matka kävellä kauppoihin yms. Vaikka hotelli oli aseman seudulla ja aseman seudut usein rauhattomia, ei sitä hotellissa mitenkään havainnut. Hotellin vastaanotossa palvelu vähän vaihteli henkilön mukaan; oli todella ystävällistä ja sitten vähänä vähemmän avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Mutta kokonaisuutena hyvä.
