Over all a good experience, but not great. The kitchen was lacking some of the basics usually supplied in VRBO’s. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, any sort of wrap like tin foil, plastic wrap, etc. Not a big deal, but if staying for just a few days with only 5 people, it feels wasteful to run out and buy the basics. Also, it wasn’t the kind of clean usually found in VRBO’s. (Mostly the kitchen) — Yet, location, check in/out, actual house, are all good.

Nice house needs some maintenance work.

The bathroom tiolet in the bathroom on the first floor kept running after flushing. The lights in the bathroom downstairs didn't work. Seems like there's a short in the wiring. The carpet in Downstairs was really stained didn't want to walk barefoot on it.

Nice vacation house

House was pretty and nice, large size to accommodate our group of 7 adults and 4 kids! Clean although some rugs needed cleaning or replaced. Games were missing pieces and Xbox controller didn’t have a battery pack so unable to use. Was glad to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathrooms. Overall we had a very nice time and happy with our choice!

Overall stay

The property was in a good location, pretty on the inside, enough room for everyone to fit. Great little town. The house itself was dirty. The front porch was full of dirt and all dishes had to be washed. We were tracking dirt inside because the front was dirty. We found stuck scrambled eggs with dishes and cooked rice inside rice cooker. Silver wear had food stuck in it. We spent the first night cleaning.

Great Spring Stay

House was fantastic overall and a great location. Minutes from tubing at Fraser or Colorado Adventure and skiing at Winter Park Resort. Nearby Safeway, rental shops and local dining We loved the coziness of the space, the artwork, and the layout with two master bedrooms and a bunk bed room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a variety of meals. A few minor items that needed repair, but that's common when you rent out a property to travelers and didn't negatively impact our stay. The basement area is AWESOME for kids and for movie/game nights. The two sets of stairs are log-cabin wood style and a bit slippery when wet - so beware you have dry feet after the hot tub, shower or being outside. Hot tub was perfect and the extra pool towels were a nice touch. We would definitely return if we find ourselves back in Winter Park!

Super Accommodating

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin home. The views are breathtaking and close to delicious restaurants, a supermarket, tubing, skiing and hiking. The card table was perfect for family game night. It was nice to have a main floor master for my parents and a master on the second level as well. The boys had plenty of space in the basement to spread out and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

Great property, needs some TLC

This is a very nice property for families in a convenient location. However, I cannot rate this property higher due to its overall cleanliness. We found the dishes dirty, food crumbs in the cupboards and drawers and most surfaces rather dusty. This is a rental property that needs some TLC and a good cleaning.

Mom's birthday

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my mom's birthday. This property is beautiful! There wasn't one thing that we needed that wasn't already there. The kitchen is 100% fully stocked. All bathrooms were stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. All of the beds and bedrooms had extra blankets, space heaters, pillows, and more than enough closet/dresser space for all 13 of us. The hot tub off the patio was the perfect way to relax while the kids played video games, after hitting the tubbing hill, which btw is only minutes away. I would highly recommend staying here and will check this location for availability first, next time the family is planning to get away for a few days. Thank you for sharing your home for us to build memories in!

The house had lots of sleeping space but seemed small for anytime we all wanted to just hang out. The outside deck is quite small. The 10pm curfew was a big bummer. Hot tub was a hit with the teens. We found crumbs, toys and crusty dish towels in random surprise spots. We had to wash all the kitchen towels upon arrival because of their musty, moldy smell...

Nice spot with everything you need

Close to grocery stores and hiking trails, clean, nice patio. If you’re a loud group, don’t come here - there’s a noise ordinance after 9 bc the balcony faces the middle of a bunch of other houses/townhomes. Also, the downstairs bedroom is a queen bed, which is advertised as such, but if there’s a recommendation to the owner, I would say there’s plenty of room for a king bed! Great place.

Amazing Family Vacation!!!!

This lovely home was just as advertised and more. Plenty of room for everyone. I cannot say enough about the amenities, especially the kitchen....it have absolutely everything we needed. Beautiful home with nice and comfortable furnishings. When we come back to Winter Park, this will be our first choice for places to stay!
