I had some trouble with the portal used for the check in and out process. My Samsung phone would not enable the link from the VRBO app, nor a copy and paste. I was able to reach the owners by phone and they helped me get to the unit. I was informed that an iphone would enable a copy and paste into a browser. There was a microwave and a toaster in the unit, but no stove, hotplate, burner or electric griddle. No pots or pans, since nothing to use them with.
