Great little hotel. You can tell that this little place has been thoughtfully remodeled. Close to Main St. nice breakfast, and very affordable. Staff was very friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Little piece of heaven on earth

This place s amazing! Little touch of heaven on earth. Staff was overly attentive, breakfast was fantastic, room and bed was comfortable and updated. The grounds, were beautiful with several different outside sitting options and fire pits. The pool area had two pools, one w waterfall slide and hot tube, with ping pong table and other outside games. Definitely would stay again if area.

Great location , close to downtown and the wineries. The pool and hot tub area is top notch . Room is clean and well equipped . The water pressure in the bathroom is phenomenal, best water pressure I’ve ever seen. Breakfast can use a little upgrade in terms of variety and quality. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a family trip!

This was such a great find! They had so many great amenities for us to enjoy- heated pool, campfires with marshmallow kits for purchase, and we loved the free breakfast! The staff was so nice, and so were the other guests! The property is absolutely beautiful. It is right near the Main Street in Fredericksburg, but still feels nice and quiet. We are definitely coming back here again! I can't recommend it enough!

It was a spur of the moment overnight girls trip. The hotel was clean, the hotel clerk was over the top friendly, rooms were clean, and beds were great. I asked for a first floor room for my elder mother and he didn't have any available so, he gave us a free upgrade to a poolside first floor. My parents are planning a trip back in the fall and are going to stay here. I would definetly recommend this place you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful place. A little out-dated. For example, we’ve come to expect usb charging ports on nightstands or in the lamps, but none in this room. Bed was nice and comfy, but they need a better variety of pillow types. We had two rooms. One room had only huge fairly firm pillows and the other had only small squishy pillows. The pool area is lovely and worth the stay just for that. Fire pits were wonderful at night. Staff was very responsive when we informed them of a problem. One was that the body wash dispenser was empty and there was no other bath soap but shampoo once I got in the shower. The other was much more disturbing-the bedspread in one of our rooms had obviously been the location of an intimate encounter and they left a stain. The front desk staff was understandably appalled and brought a new one up right away. Since that was our first night of two, we were wondering if we’d stay the second night. But the included breakfast was fabulous and the pool was fantastic. Once those things were fixed it was a great stay.

Lots of amenities like fire pits, fireplaces, cozy outdoor seating, lovely property, jacuzzi and 2 pools. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the weak link. Really wish hotels would just not serve eggs if all they can do is powdered eggs. They are disgusting. Some slightly healthy options would be nice like unsweetened oatmeal and some fruit.

Love staying there!

Pool needs monitoring! Teenagers showed up in super skimpy thongs (many youngsters there) dad took his street clothes and shoes off to his underwear and proceeded into the hot tub! We love the heated pool, great breakfast available, lovely courtyard to sip wine in the evening!

We loved the close location to Main Street. Shopping and Main Street park are wonderful. Our only discontent was that our room had 2 lights that didn’t work and a toilet paper roll holder that was almost falling out of the wall. However, we were only staying for a couple of days, so they weren’t major issues for us. The best thing about this place is the staff!! Hands down the nicest, most helpful group we have ever met! The staff go out of their way to make your stay the best!! Can’t say enough about them!
