My wife and I had been to this location several times but the last time was 2016. I made the mistake of assuming that it had the same amenities and conveniences but was sadly mistaken. Toilet paper was not stocked adequately. We asked for some within ten minutes of entering the room and only one roll was dropped off. We were there only 2 days and had to ask for toilet paper a second time and received only one roll. This was the type of toilet paper you find in business park office restrooms. Very thin. Not the type people would take home from a hotel. The shower fixture was working but had too much lime (or similar) deposits on it that we washed up rather than shower. I paid for the breakfast buffet with my reservation and it was clearly stated on my confirmation print out. Still, they charged me for two days of breakfast buffet. Good thing I read the receipt while sitting in the care waiting for my wife to come out. I went back in and pointed it out and the error was quickly rectified. I really missed not having room service.

Frustrating that i booked two rooms through Expedia but couldn’t get my second room because Expedia didn’t send both bookings to the hotel. It was an inconvenience to go back and forth between Expedia and the front desk staff but the front desk gentleman was extremely helpful in getting the refund because he confirmed with Expedia that it was their wrong doing. I still had to get a 3rd room but i was able to get my refund. Secondly the hotel is just ok, it was clean but our room had a weird smell from the carpet that i think was from their very vacuum. the hotel was selling out and we couldn’t get a new room. We just used febreeze for the carpet because we could not stand the smell and thankfully it was helped to illuminate the smell. It’s an older hotel and could use some upgrades but it did the job which was a place to sleep.
