I was expecting the property to be nicer, but everything in the outdoor area was extremely weathered and falling apart. The photos online made it seem more secluded, but the Cocoon is at the main entrance where cars are constantly driving by and lighting the up the canvas on the cocoon at night. The cocoon has no sound proofing so lots of road noise from the highway, and a neighbor left a crated dog barking til well after midnight. I only had staff contact via text to let me know the soaking tub was out of order, but the person was friendly and offered a discount or a possible location change. I would not stay here again.

Needs a little work

The room was clean and in great shape. No complaints about the quarters themselves. My disappointment was the current condition of the outside. It seems to still very much be in the construction phase for the complex. There were no grassy areas around the room and the landscape was pretty unkempt. For the price I expected it to be a little nicer. I would’ve preferred the hot tub be secluded too. It’s in view of multiple rooms.

I loved the rooms setting with the wide windows offering a wonderful view to wildlife nature. Also loved the private hot tube right outside the room.

Absolutely loved our stay at the bluebonnet cottage! Was a perfect oasis for a quiet romantic get away. Only suggestion would to light the trail to the bluebonnet as well as signage for that location like the rest. And steps for the hot tub at the bluebonnet cottage it was really hard to get in and out of. Plan to make it a yearly trip!

Extremely clean. Loved the rooftop sitting area. We were so happy to have a hot tub that was actually hot. There does need to be a step for entry. It was a bit difficult for me to get in. It would also be nice to have path lights. It was a very dark walk to the place at night. There is no tv, but that's ok because we were there only one night. We would definitely go back. It is a beautiful, secluded property very close to downtown. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Amazing!

One night stay we wish was longer! We stayed in the Lantana Dome and rode out a storm with 30-40 mph winds. Other than a little noisy no big deal. Of course that’s not the usual. This place is super fun! Wife and I enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

What I liked most was the room set up, it was quiet, convenient location and it had an electric charger. I would say the only downside was the mattress. Wasn't that comfortable but other than that all the amenities were great. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back
