Our room was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Food was delicious. Gloria and her sister did amazing job. Very friendly. I do wish weekdays could have been til 10am but still made it down with ten minutes to spare!! Front desk was very polite and friendly. I do wish there was an option for a bath tub/ shower option when booking the room. And we have stayed at other Drury’s that had an ice cream bar which was great. But over all excellent stay. Great clean hotel. Thank you

There was no elevator but overall the hotel was awesome. My youngest son enjoyed this hotel the best because he had his own space and we have been on a 2 week long vacation.

Would MUCH prefer to have a regular toilet seat and lid!!!!! There is nowhere to put your clothes, this is horrible. The young man who checked us in was so nice and friendly. Kudos to him!

I’m going to start with the pros…the man at the front desk was awesome! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Now for the cons. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The carpet gives off this mildew dampness smell and my kids feet were black within minutes of taking their shoes off. The carpet also would dampen our socks while walking on it and it wasn’t from the humidity outside. Upon entering our room, the toilet seat was coming off and my husband ended up fixing it. We found dead bugs in all of the corners and hair everywhere.

We were lied to about this type of room we were to stay in and they refused to make the situation right my husband and I got stuck sleeping on a tiny bed that was sunk in in the middle. It was a miserable night.
