Room #1- Upstairs Master w King with En-Suite/Jack-n-Jill bath, Room #2- Downstairs w 2 king beds hall bath, Room#3-King w Jack-n-Jill bath shared w #4, Room #4- King bed, and a Loft #5- w 4 twin & two desks.



No Smoking-Vaping



We are in the Texas Hill Country with lots of critters and free range animals.



The Space:

Unique and fun. You will find this to be a great retreat to stay during a trip to Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country. All linens and beds are amazing to make your stay that much better. Bathrooms are well crafted to have essentials and a hook for each guest.



On 3 acres of land in the Texas Hill Country within 4 miles of downtown Fredericksburg Texas. The outdoors include a patio for BBQ and outdoor dining, a game room and bar - Racks & Renegades and seating area in our Rose Room greenhouse. Our use our Fire Pit or play a game of Cornhole. Just relax and enjoy our little slice of heaven at Raymond Ranch and our town of Fredericksburg.

This house is absolutely stunning! For the price you get so much! The wine glass souvenirs is such a sweet touch! Everything was so clean and organized. The amenities on the property were awesome especially the sauna. We also loved the wine wall guest book!

Fantastic Home in Hill Country

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Raymond Ranch for our group! The property was beautiful and we loved all of the little areas to hang out. Home was SUPER clean, comfy beds, great shower and nice attention to details in the home for stays. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!!!

Great for Bachelorette Party

We had a group of 13 & the house was perfect. It’s beautiful, spacious & we all fit at the dinner table on the night we had a chef come cook for us! The owner let me have a party favor shipped to the house directly & it ended up getting there after we left, but she still sent it to me at home! Can’t say enough great things about the whole experience. Also, it may look like it’s far out in the middle of no where, but it’s a quick 5-10 minute drive anywhere you’d want to go! Perfect location!

Home away from home. Beauty.

13 adults fit extremely well. We all had our own space. Very clean. Spacious. Modern. Amenities met our expectations and beyond. Kerri was wonderful to work with and quick with correspondence. Thank you for being a wonderful host! I would highly recommend booking this beautiful home. Very inviting property. It is truly, home away from home.
