This hotel must have been amazing when it was first built. The pool area is so cool and you can tell it was very nice once. However, time has not been kind to the hotel and it seems as though there have been no updates in quite some time. The whole place smells musty, the carpets and linens were stained, curtains were torn, the hallways are dark and dingey, the bathrooms are in desperate need of updating. Staff was okay, they only changed our towels because we specifically caught them in the hallway and asked for fresh towels, otherwise they didn't seem to enter the room to clean at all while we were there (4 nights) we are generally tidy people so this want a hug deal but not what we expected. I asked for bedding for the pull out couch for our son and they didn't bring him a pillow so I had to ask again, overall seemed like there wasn't a lot of care or thought from the staff. The one good thing was the breakfast, although it was pretty much the same every day, it was hot and fresh and as good as can be expected from a hotel breakfast buffet.

Stay was just terrible walking into the smell of drugs and in the hallways. Partying, arguing and noise at 3:00 am. Side entry doors with no lock. Anybody could get in and out anytime of the day. Pot smoking at these side doors at 7:00 am. Rooms are not even close to what you see in pictures. Gotta be one of the worst hotels we every stayed in and we just finished a 14 day tour of the maritimes with 14 rooms and this was the worst.

I like that the proximity of the property to different places in and around Fredericton. I did not like that the beds were caved in/lumpy, every day if I did not inform the front desk they did not enter my room even for garbage, refills of supplies or to make the beds. There was no fan in my bathroom and mold growing in the shower. The tub was spongy and I think the floor underneath the tub surround was rotted out. The carpet smelled. Every night we would be eaten alive by mosquitos in our room even though we did not open the balcony or door often at all. Also, my room did not have a remote for the TV and the buttons on the TV did not work properly.

Extremely old, outdated property. Light switches and doors duct taped together. Noise transferred from hallway a lot. Bad for allergies even in room that doesn't allow pets. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Should not be charging $200/ night.

The power cut off when the tv and microwave were running at the same time. Also I checked in the family for both rooms. When my mother arrived no one seemed to know that I had already checked in. And sent her by foot to a room at the opposite end of the hotel even though it was obvious that she was handicapped and used a cane

This hotel was "what you get when everything is booked in town and now youre overpaying for a beat up hotel " Inside is old, our duvet was ripped and flying white stuff was coming out all over the room. We used the pool one day (which seems to be the most attractive part for families) but around the pool was filthy. Hair in drains, huge chunks. Disgusting. Our room was as basic as it comes. Brown water came out of the tub spouts. Low water pressure in the sink. Holes unpatched on the walls. Felt like a dingy motel, definitely not a hotel. Ramada uses to have some cachet, not this one. Tvs are old, carpet is weird. Bed are uncomfortable. Honestly, do not recommended unless youre like us, stuck and desperate

the room was clean and the beds were comfy. the fish pond was awesome! the only complaint i have is that the room were not sound proof. so if your planning an early night don't expect to get to sleep until after midnight. the kids in the hotel were running up and down the hall at 1130 pm. other than that was a good stay. breakfast was included it was a nice big breakfast

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned—there was visible hair on the bathroom floor and grime in nearly every corner, suggesting a lack of thorough housekeeping. The condition of the furnishings was extremely poor: the mattress had broken springs, causing one side to sag noticeably, and everything in the room—from the bedding to the fixtures—felt like it hadn’t been updated in 20–30 years. Noise was also an issue, as the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear conversations and movements from the adjacent room. Overall, the condition of the hotel was worse than what I’d expect from a budget motel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until significant renovations and improvements are made.

The rooms by the pool area were very noisy. Breakfast was good. Getting someone to clean our room took 3 tries. Towels were not provided for everyone in the room even though the reservation had the correct number in the room. Marijuana was being smoked in a non-smoking room near us (reported it because of the smell but not sure any action was taken, i.e. no feedback).
