We enjoy this property very much!!! This is where we stay in our annual family fall break. They got new furniture and rocking chairs for the deck. It’s always nice to be able to sit on the porch and watch how sunrise while listening to the waves.

I have rented this particular house multiple times and still love it! Check in was smooth. The house has a few updates on the inside in regards to furniture and kitchen appliances, which I love. The house usually has a couple of staples in case you forget something. My family and I will be back again for our couple retreat. The manager Sonia is very responsive if you have any questions. I'll be back.

The house was absolutely amazing, clean spacious and came with everything you would need for a vacation. The house was the perfect size the fit our group of 12 with 6 kids and 6 adults the best part of our trip was the breathtaking view and being able the watch and hear the waves crashing while relaxing on the deck, thank you for a wonderful and beautiful stay!

We loved the location, the house was clean, and it was comfortable. The owner was responsive and communicated well. We enjoyed the pool table. We will rent again! My only recommendation would be to have less furniture in the front room, but it doesn't lessen my review. Great find!!

Accessible Beachfront Property

We booked the property for a long weekend with to allow my 96-year-old wheelchair-bound mother to enjoy the beach and sunny weather... or as she put it, "To feel her toes in the sand again!"The wheelchair accessible house is perfectly set up for a larger family with varying needs and levels of activity. The wraparound porch was perfect for watching the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee from one side and the sunset in the evening from the other. The house is extremely well maintained, clean and ready for whatever time one would like to spend.The description of the house and the communication from the owners left no questions as to what supplies and other amenities we needed to bring.The actual beachfront behind the house is separated by a rock breakwater so only accessible by climbing over the rocks, but the community access to the public beach is only a 1000' walk down the road. We used the convenient beach parking to more easily move the beach "stuff" as well as my Mom and her beach wheelchair.The 4pm check-in time was perfect for our group as several of us were driving in from out of town. The 10am check-out time on Sunday might seem a bit early but is set so that the host's cleaning crew can get in to clean and sanitize the large property before the next guests arrive. Later checkouts can be accommodated upon request.All in all it was a great weekend getaway for our family and the house was met all our needs.We'll be back!!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the easy ramp access for our senior dogs! The front porch was where we stayed for 3 days straight. Watching the pelicans fly by and listening to the ocean was exactly what we needed. There was a breeze every day so we never had issues with bugs and enjoyed all of our meals outside. The top floor bed was so comfortable, we both slept like babies. Quick replies from the host and their graciousness topped off this perfect weekend. Thank you!

Great house!

Very clean! Well stocked kitchen for cooking all our meals. The deck overlooking San Luis Pass is the perfect spot to drink coffee and watch the sunrise!

Beautiful place

We stayed in this home while we were down for a memorial for my mother. It was perfect for our all adult family. But would work perfect if you had some littles as well. We watched the dolphins off the porch each morning. The private beach was great to just go out and get some sun and then come back in to rest. We will book again!

Great place for a big family

*LOVED THIS HOUSE*We all enjoyed ourselves plenty of room for all of my grandkids to play and have fun. Location was great, beach access is right down the road (walking distance) or you can fish off the rocks in front of house during high tide. Rooms are big, a bathroom in every room. (just make sure you bring deep woods off Misquitos are outrageous)

Tranquility Beach

The beach was very interesting with the rocks in front of the waves to the right and a wall of rocks behind the waves to the left. Nice little section of beach for kids to play. Interior was spot on. Amazing house and relaxing vibes!!

The house was amazing. I'm still dreaming of going back. The host responded super fast and answered any questions I had. There were no issues. The house was just as pictured. Every year, we take a family vacation to this area and rent a beach house from Thursday night to Sunday. This house exceeded what we were looking for and at a great price. We will definitely come back next year.

Great Beach house

This place was perfect! Spacious and comfortable. Right on the Gulf with awesome views and the sounds of the surf were like a massage for the mind and soul. We spent 80% of our time awake sitting on those spacious porch and balconies just chilling. The upstairs area was awesome. This home had everything we needed. Just bring food and drink and you'll be set for a really lovely and quiet place to getaway. Thanks for everything and we hope to return again very soon!

Ideal location

A perfectly relaxing stay! We watched pods of dolphins just off the deck. Sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Shelling and evening walks along the private beach out front only added to our enjoyment of this spacious and well maintained home. We would certainly return!

Great as always

We had a lovely time celebrating a birthday in this wonderful location . We have been staying in this location for few years now and it never disappoints. House is nice and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay . The views are amazing !

Slice of Heaven at the Beach

What you see is what you get. The property is very spacious and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The ramp made it super accessible (but mind the signs - slippery when wet). We brought our rolling cart and put all supplies in plastic tubs and it worked out much better than stairs. My husband's back and knees are thankful. The views during the day and at night were lovely. The Gulf water was blue and green - not the usual area brownish. The shower and tap water were great - unlike a lot of Surfside area beach rentals. There was construction right next door - but my 2.5 year old grandson thought he was in heaven watching at eye level from the deck house construction two stories up. They were pile driving behind us - and that provided a whole other afternoon of toddler amazement. The small private beach in front of the house was just the right size for us and long sand beaches just a quick walk or drive away. Lots of room on decks and in house to spread out or all be together! Don't forget matches/fire starter! We had the food and the charcoal but not a match to be found... Enjoy!

This is where you want to be

This is my second stay at this property and it doesn't disappoint! New owners since my last stay but some improvements made. The house is spacious, right on the beach who doesn't want that?! Just bring your clothes and food everything else is at the house. You won't be disappointed. If I can get back here again I will. The owners are very responsive to any question. I miss the house already!

The Perfect Vacation

Perfect spot for our group. Plenty of room to spread out and enough seating for us to gather together to play games in the evenings. Just steps to the beach and the house had a ramp, which was extremely helpful!! We would like to come back next year please!!

Wonderful Vacation!

This house was perfect for us. Four lovely rooms, everyone had a bathroom, and nice kitchen. Very nice appliances!! Would highly recommend. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck rocking in the rocking chairs. Also, had our own little beach most of the time. This is our favorite place so far and we’ve been to a lot in the last several years. Will absolutely come back!!

Perfect Beach House!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property. The location is ideal and the viewed are spectacular. We love that it feels like we have our own private beach when we stay here. The king sized beds are all very comfortable and the grandkids loved the bunk bed room. The house has plenty of room, is well stocked and really feels like a home away from home!
