Absolutely the best beach vacation rental and location I have experienced! Everything was exactly as described by the host, and then some. I will return to Surfside Beach AND this property any time over the FL panhandle! Beach access was incredibly close and views from the deck were phenomenal as well as completely tranquil. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! My family didn't have enough time to partake of the many highly recommended eateries, but we endulged in several and were not disappointed in any. So happy I found this jewel!!

Beautiful property with great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach just steps away. Awesome kitchen stocked with the proper utensils. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

5-star stay!

My daughters and I have been coming to Surfside since 2012 and we have stayed in a different house every time but this is one we will definitely come back to. Everything about this house was comfy. The sofas and chairs, the beds, the linens, the patio furniture, and we especially loved the hanging basket chairs. The location was very convenient and the house had everything we needed. Checking in was easy and the hosts were responsive. This is definitely the house to stay in when in Surfside!

Surfside Condo

This is a perfect place for just a few people. There were 4 of us, but 6-8 would have plenty of room. The condo was very clean, WiFi was great, kitchen very nice and roomy. Most importantly steps to the beach. Another plus was the huge porch. The hanging chairs were awesome. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, beautiful, easily accessed beach

The condo was thoughtfully planned for guests! We felt welcomed and cared for. The kids played with the games and puzzles and loved the reading nook. Plenty of beach towels for the family to use, and the porch is as beautiful as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful. Beach access was easy - a simple walk-over bridge straight to the sand. Great experience!

Beautiful Property Steps from the Beach

This property had an incredible view and ease of access to the beach. The location could not be beat. Our family appreciated the space, the upgraded interior, the provided beach chairs, and the included beach towels. However, we are homebodies and planned each meal for prep at the property. The dishwasher was rusted, mildewed, and nonfunctional. It was not connected to the countertop and fell out when opened. When we ran the cycle to clean it upon arrival, it never ran. It turned on, drained, and turned off with a beep. Handwashing every dish was not ideal for a relaxing holiday weekend. In addition, we did not find the kitchen well-equipped for making family meals each day. For instance, no knife could cut through bread. Finally, we wanted to enjoy the outdoor views, but the furniture needed to be cleaned, and the cushions on the chairs were tattered. We would not stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time! Great space for our family. The filtered water was so nice to have, the beach chairs and toys were perfect, the patio was our favorite spot to relax each morning, and the location is great!

Great beach and excellent rental

This is a great little condo. 5 ladies enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend at Surfside beach. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and had excellent views. The rental offers towels, beach chairs, toys and a couple of umbrellas to make your day at the beach fabulous. An outdoor shower makes it easy to get all the sand off! Nice layout inside allowing plenty of room to cook, hang out and spread out a bit. Beach was clean and water was actually more clear than I was expecting. The best I have seen for a Texas beach. If we return to Surfside, I would definitely consider renting this place again.

Second time!

This was our 2nd stay at this gorgeous property, and it was just as lovely as our first time. We were unfortunately there not too long after Hurricane Beryl came through, but the property itself luckily was intact. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed as quickly as possible, and weren't the fault of the owners. We'd book again in a heartbeat!

Perfect!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location, the decor, everything we needed and more was there. You can just bring your luggage and have everything you need. Beach activities included!! This has moved up the list to a top choice for us in Surfside!! The only downfall was that we could stay longer!! 🙂

Love hanging swing sets

We stayed there for 3 nights. We used this swing set every day. Great condo, easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach towels. We love everything in this condo. We noted rust on the racks inside the dishwasher, and the warmer plate of the coffee maker. They are operational; it is just the nature water by the beach and salted air causing rust. Please bring OFF spray because of mosquitoes after 6PM. We sure will come back to this condo again.

Fall Break

Long weekend getaway for fall break and enjoyed this Surfside property! Very comfortable. So appreciate the beach toys, wagon, chairs, etc to make a day at the beach easy. And great with kids with puzzles, games, books. Check in and out easy and seamless. Busier the last night and noisy neighbors but great condo.

Sensational Beach front Stay

This property does not disappoint. The location couldn’t be better! The condo itself is very well appointed, extremely well cared for, has really comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a fabulous deck where you can enjoy the gulf and truly relax. Everything is here that you could possibly need for the beach and your stay. If there were enough room to write more here I would but will only say that we will most certainly be back! The owners are fabulous, very attentive and communicative. There is nothing I would change and if I could give it 10 stars I would.
