We loved our stay here. Everything was as expected or beyond expectations. Many times when you arrive at the location, it doesn’t look quite like it did in the photos online. This was not the case. It was so nice not having to worry about the place you are staying and just focus on your family. Highly recommend and plan on making a trip during the summer.

Great place, cozy and clean. Fantastic for adults and have ample toys and silverware and baby care items for our troop of 8 kids under 8! We had a small problem at checkin that was fixed right away and the owner was super responsive!

Fantastic place!

I cannot overstate how great this house is. We had 12 people, 8 adults and 4 kids, and it was perfect. Great house, comfortable beds, plenty of space, really good AC, and right on the beach. What more could we ask? We will definitely rebook for next year.

Great location, brilliant floor plan.

Had a great week stay with family and friends. The house has such a great floor plan with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area pulls it all together so we could hang comfortably in between immediate beach access. We really enjoyed a beach fire at night, which was new to us. Having beach chairs and toys available was really convenient too. Charcoal grill was a nice touch for meals. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back if available.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Beryl. Property was in good shape, all things considered. Great location and the interior layout was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again.

Great House and Great Communication

House is lovely and as advertised. We had to be in Surfside just after a hurricane, and it made for a tricky situation, since the island didnt have power for part of the time. The owners were fantastic about communicating and were fully transparent about the state of the property. So if you see lots of reviews saying a house was nice, but wonder what would happen if theres an issue, rest assured these people will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Beachfront House!

A group of our family and friends - 12 total- stayed here over July 4th and loved it. Sarah was amazing to communicate with. She had all the beach chairs, 3 canopies and even a wagon full of sand toys for little ones to use. She even provided beach towels for us to use! We originally had 16 ppl, but some couldn't get off work. The house would have easily accommodated all 16. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house has 2 a/c units so it was easy to satisfy both the cold sleepers and the warm sleepers. 2 great coffee makers and the kitchen was fully stocked! Of course, the view was the BEST - coffee and cocktails every day! I highly recommend this property!

It was an excellent property with plenty of room for everyone and an enormous deck to spend your mornings and evenings!! House was super clean and nicely updated . Would recommend it , we were a group of 16 people age ranging from 40+ to teens and infants and all of us just love the house , location and beach , will come back !!!

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION

Great place to stay! The neighbors, homeowners were very nice as well. If you're going to the beach for the beach this is the place! Look forward to staying here again and as a plus the host was very helpful.

BEST location RIGHT ON THE WATER, and lots of room!

We had the BEST time at this property. We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids ranges 12 months-8 years old. The location was the thing that sold us with little kids
 it is RIGHT on the water, with a very short walk to the beach. That was perfect for littles who we needed to go back and forth with to nap or feed, etc. The property itself was SO. NICE. And decorated trendy AF! Cute cute cute! It had lots of amenities including the small details such as sound machines and chargers in most rooms, 2 pack n plays, and 1 high chair/booster seat. There were 6 bedrooms and a very spacious living room. Each room could fit one pack n play comfortably. They also had some huge canopies you could bring down to the beach which was not listed in the description that was a huge plus! There were a couple chairs and some beach toys and boogie boards, although we brought some of that stuff ourself too, since we didn’t know that was available. Lots of parking and information communicated very clearly! The ONLY downside was the mosquitoes on the walk down to the beach, but bring bug spray or walk fast and you’ll be fine, for whatever reason, once you get to the beach, they’re gone, and also once you get back to the house, on the upstairs porch, they’re gone as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach House, Even Better Host

When a different Vrbo rental (not this house!) ended up without A/C after Hurricane Nicholas, we found ourselves in a small jam. We placed a last minute request to rent this house, and was contacted almost immediately. Sarah was so understanding and accommodating, and really helped to make us feel welcome in her beach house on Surfside Beach. She stayed in constant communication, and even had the housekeeper come and clean some dirt tracked in when they had moved furniture inside during the storm (we were not worried about it, but she insisted to ensure our experience was first class). The location of the house is fantastic, directly next to and overlooking the beach. The home itself is huge, clean, recently renovated, and wonderfully equipped. We could not ask for a better experience. You saved us some hot, sleepless nights. Thank you!!

Beachfront Beauty

We had 11 people stay total. It was a quick 2 day birthday getaway . Very spacious inside the house . We all slept very comfortable. It’s right in front of the beach . Great location only 2 minutes from convenience store and 7 minutes from restaurants and anything else you may want . I would definitely recommend .
