Loved this beach house

We stayed at this house for 4 nights in June. Everything was great. The house A/C was so nice and cold. The deck overlooking the beach was big and roomy with a great view. The water pressure was good (shower). We are older so the only drawback for us was the steep stairs. It made going out much more challenging for us, plus we had our dog to take outside. Other than this the house was fabulous and I always got a response when messaging the host. The restaurants are close and have good food. We loved the Seahorse Bar and Grill’s food - and they aren’t friendly.

Just as we expected it to be except for the master bedroom bed.

One thing that should be addressed is the bed in the master bed room. It is worn out to the point it is leaning towards the floor on the right side. It needs to be replaced.

Great Beachfront Getaway

This was the perfect property for my friends and me. It was right on the water
..much closer than the pictures looked. It was very comfortable and had a great covered deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck, taking in the sounds and sights of the ocean. It’s on a private beach, which was very, very nice!

Great location. Nice property. Just a few annoying things. Almost zero water pressure in the shower. Salt, pepper and a few spices would have been nice. Wrong size coffee filters. Wi-Fi network ma,e and pass word were wrong in check in email The gap between deck rail and floor is dangerous for small ones. Smoke alarm went off one morning for no reason. Above are small details that wouldn’t take much to address. Property manager was outstanding Enjoyed our stay very much

Golden Girls Getaway

Renting this beautiful place was seem less from beginning to end. The property manager was great at communicating. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We loved the shower outside and our view of the ocean was amazing. We will definitely stay here again! 😉

GREAT HOUSE!!

We have stayed at Surfside for several years, in various houses, and have always had a good experience. This house and location are BY FAR our favorite and we will most definitely be back!!! I cannot say enough good things about it. The house was the cleanest and most well-maintained we have experienced. All communications were great. Renting the upstairs property in addition to this one would be a great option for a larger group or multiple families. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Best Time Ever!!!!

My family and I had the best experience! The house is right on the beach, at night you can sit on the deck and see the moon on the gulf. So beautiful! The house is clean and well stocked. I can not speak more highly of the owner and his staff. If you want to be treated like family and not just a dollar sign this is the place for you. They truly care about their customers. My family and I plan to rent this wonderful beach house again!

great location

I have gone to Surfside for the last three summers and this location was the best as it is right on the private beach where vehicles cannot drive. It was super convenient to go down to the beach from the deck and pop back up for lunch etc. and to watch our teenagers in the surf. The place itself was clean and very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The management was very responsive to our texts with a minor situation.

What’s up with too many cameras on deck

It’s absolute beach front for sure. How everything too many neighbors too close living near the property. As far as privacy goes it’s weird that on deck there are least 2 cameras. The property is definitely old and bathroom is horrible with water stagnant on floor. Even can’t give praise to the location even if it’s on the beach.

Beautiful place right on the beach

This place is really nice. Can't beat the location - it's right on the beach.....a private beach with no vehicle access which we loved....and short walks down the beach from nice restaurants. Very clean beach house, comfy furniture and beds, well decorated, fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook big family meals all week, and bathrooms fully stocked with plenty of towels/toilet paper/soap, etc. The owner is super responsive to questions we had prior to arrival. Will definitely pick this spot on our returns to Surfside.
