Nice clean place to stay....BUT... Need to fix the broken wifi...none available during the stay. And the "heated" pool was cold. Please note: Both of these amenities are high on our decision making list, so we were very disappointed. A partial refund would be appreciated.

I stayed with my mother, and 2 of my children. Clean facility, friendly staff, pool temperature was about perfect. Not too warm to where you didnt want to swim, yet not cold either. My kids loved the pool. My personal favorite was the breakfast. Good variety of options, everything was fresh, the wokan bringing out the food and cleaning tables was a sweetheart. Very pleased with our experience and would definitely come back in the future.

Our room was dirty and outdated. All of the furnitured was stained. Carpet stained..paint was chipped off the walls. The indoor pool was freezing. On a good note the bathroom and bed were clean. The staff were super friendly. Although it was a lil strange having a huge dog walking around the lobby all weekend. I won't be staying again

The staff there was excellent! The rooms were excellent! My only complaint is where you order food from. So there's a icon that the hotel suggest you order from. They were 3 hours late and it messed up my whole night waiting for my food.

1. There is a strobe above the bed indicating that the battery is low. It strobed all night long. 2. The room needs a thorough cleaning. 3. The lobby restroom door was locked. 4. The room above us was extremely loud. It sounded like a herd of elephants. 5. There was no hair conditioner. 6. The light was so dim it was difficult to shave. 7. The design of the shower/toilet room was insane.

Room service only came upon request, but they communicated that well. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. The night shift lady kept out desserts in the employee freezer which was really nice of her (we didn't realize there was no freezer section in the room fridge). That was very nice of her. She also gave us some good recommendations of what to do around that area.

Overall good. Upon checkin the clerk must have not been in a very good mood. Didn’t let it ruin my trip and the next morning I had my request to add my stay in to my rewards with the staff on duty.
