First, let me say that the staff here are great! Friendly and helpful! I called after we checked out and were already home because I lost my wallet. Smh on my part. They checked lost and found and also checked the room as well as common areas for me. I was able to confirm that I lost it somewhere else, but the fact that they took time to look versus just telling me it wasn’t in the lost and found made me feel like they really do care about their customers. Now property review. We had kids ages 10- infant with us and appreciated that the room was clean & it was very quiet both inside and outside. They were renovating the main lobby but it wasn’t an issue for us because we only came during the night to sleep and were gone by morning. They provide breakfast and coffee but we didn’t dine there. Check out was easy. I will note that there were some homeless around the area but not by the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again!

The room was wonderful. Everything worked as it should. There was plenty of light and charging outlets. The sofa area was comfortable and the extra space was enjoyed. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great! Except, 1pm resetting of WiFi so anything you have set with tv, gets erased. Start all over. Yes, it takes a lot of wasted time:(. Also, my first experience where my card to enter my suite, didn't work! No phone to desk available, I had to continuously go to front desk for them to reset my key card each day( really bad ). Completely inconvenient and since it was during Christmas trip, my arms full, had to keep carrying my stuff up & down the elevator ride. Breakfast great, if you go down early. I did and enjoyed it.
