We never stayed. They canceled our paid reservation because we didn’t check in the first night. We called before telling them that we weren’t coming the first night because of a family emergency. We asked them to keep our reservations for the second night, but they told us that they couldn’t because we didn’t show up the first night. Then we asked for at least one room the second night. The night receptionist said that she could hold one room at least. When we got there, they told us that they had to give up our rooms because the hotel was sold out. We pre paid $1,300 for 4 rooms and 2 nights and we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. I’m hoping you ca help in this matter.

Our key cards did not work. Even after exchanging for new ones, they would only work intermittently. TV did not work. One of the beds had bodily stains on them. We had to get new sheets. A/C was good, but extremely loud. Breakfast was decent. The room was old and bathroom was old too.

We spent 7 nights at 5 different hotels during a visit to Yosemite, King's Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. By far, the best place we stayed was the Country Inn and Suites. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was good.

This property was located in an easy accessible area for all our in town plans. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The check in was fast, I would recommend fixing the issue on your key card for room access. Our keys failed several times were we had to go back downstairs to get them fixed. The automatic sliding door slow down when opening were you can accidentally run into the door. The rooms were comfortable and clean. If we are to come to area again we would stay at this location due to their friendly staff and room accommodations.
