This place is clean, the staff was pleasant. Moses was very kind and knowledgeable. Our room was in perfect condition! We rested well, no noise. And breakfast was good. We stay at Hampton Inns nationwide and this one was outstanding.

Good: clean modern property with everything you need. Not so good: the air conditioning unit in our room was opposite the bed and was blowing cold air straight at you. And if you turn it off, it gets really hot… not the best experience.

Everything was great except TV, you had to link it to your phone, hard for seniors who arent tech savvy. Front desk lady helped us find less expensive gas, being from Texas, gas price had sticker shock

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable Hotel

The hotel is situated right off the highway 198. It could be noisy if your room is on the side facing the highway. That noise did not bother me but the noise from the next door neighbors on both side was a nuisance. I could hear them talking into the wee hours of the night. I wish there was more insulation to dampen the noise from next door. Checking in to the hotel was a breeze. The staffs were friendly. The hotel was clean. My room was large and clean although it's a little dated. The bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. House keeping came to clean daily. Breakfast was decent. We usually stay here when we are in Visalia.
