Property is new , clean, convenient location, However, when we arrived, front desk clerk informed us that both elevators were out of order and the only room available for us was on 4th floor!!! It should be a priority for the hotel to fix it you would think, but no! No help with luggage and nothing can be done! not to mention that my husband has serious heart condition. Very disappointed
