The maintenance man in the morning on Sunday, 8/24, was very kind and helpful. He saw me with my hands full across the courtyard and offered to open the door and prepare the elevator for me with the best smile and attitude.

I travel from South Cal to North Cal visiting friends this past week. Staying in different hotel every night, this is the most satisfying one. The price is very reasonable. the staff are polite and have clear instructions about the hotel. The breakfast was the best in the past few days. I like the stay very much. The down side was that when I left San Francisco around 2pm, the traffic was already heavy. I used tremendous long time to get on the freeway, that caused me to arrive the hotel very late. It was out of my plan.
